Brachioplasty can be performed on its own or with other body contouring procedures.<\/p>

    In terms of recovery, there will be some tenderness in the surgical area and some discomfort.<\/p>

    As your waist has been tightened up you will inevitably be very upright first few days and your back will start to ache. This resolves once you start bending over. The point at which you can do this varies between individuals.<\/p>
